AAA Auger

We had our bathroom faucets (double vanity) replaced with equipment we bought at Ferguson’s Plumbing Supply, installed by AAA Auger, specifically by Tim McGrady. He did an outstanding job, from covering his shoes every time he entered our home (removing the covers whenever he had to go to the truck for equipment and replacing them before re-entering), to the actual removal of our old faucets, p-traps, and water lines, and replacing them with the new equipment. Our old equipment was at least 20 years old, are no longer made, and could not be repaired. Tim took great care to do the job thoroughly and professionally. He double-checked all of his work, made sure everything was working properly, no leaks anywhere. Then when I started to pay him, he asked me to wait until he had finished cleaning up everything, from polishing all of the new chrome to carrying out all of the old equipment. Only after he was personally satisfied, and had me check everything too, would he allow me to settle up. Plumbing work is not cheap…but AAA Auger beat other bids by several hundred dollars. I can’t recommend AAA Auger highly enough for professional, reasonably priced plumbing work. We have had them do a number of jobs over the past 15 years, and have always been very happy with their work! Pics of our new faucet installations!

AAA Auger was great! They fit us in on the same day despite their very busy schedule. Dan was great! He found the blockage & took care of the issue & he also checked the house for any other issues. He helped with our slow drain in the bathroom sink which has been a problem for a while now. He also made suggestions on how to prevent blockages in the future. I highly recommend them & we will use them again if any other plumbing problems come up.

Mr Fredrick Dandridge came to service our needs, He was very courteous, patient and informative. He answered so many questions, and cleared up a lot of my concerns regarding the plumbing in the Home. He also advised on the preventive maintenance that was truly a plus. it was so nice to come in contact with someone that didn't do a rush job and explained everything he was doing. i am very pleased with the work done and look forward to working with him again Thanks AAA

Frederick was my plumber technician. My toilet was stoped up due to weeds in the pipes. I only have one bathroom which made this repair a high priority. He worked very hard to clear them & get my toilet working properly. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step clearly & most of all reassuring that he could fix it. I was very impressed & had no doubt about what he had to do. He also carefully explained the charges. While the necessity of the visit I was very pleased with the overall experience. He was the best!

Had a very specific plumbing problem and needed someone to get creative and resolve it. AAA auger, Israel specifically, did an outstanding job at a fair price. While other plumbers quoted exorbitant prices for ridiculous solutions, AAA auger came out and resolved our problem. Would highly recommend them, very professional, and great to work with.

I’ve used AAA Auger three times now and they’re always great. Peter came out this time and he was friendly, informative and fast. I appreciate that they keep you updated on arrival times and send you a picture of the person coming to conduct the repairs - which adds an extra layer of safety/security. The service fee is more expensive now, but what isn’t these days? AAA Auger will always be my first call as long as they continue to provide such great service. Thank you, Peter!

I have used this company 3 times now after a referral from my insurance company. All 3 plumbers have been very experienced and efficient. However, I came here to write a review for Peter. He diagnosed and repaired a complex problem with tankless water heaters and recirculating pumps that a few other companies didn’t even think to check. He immediately saw the problem, double checked himself with the management, and proceeded to perfectly fix the problem. After months of troubleshooting, one quick visit from Peter and it was a done deal. Thanks Peter and AAA auger. You’ve got my business from now on.
