Kurt is very knowledgeable and experienced and provided context for the changes that are coming. It was a help in the decision making process. He is easy to talk with and an asset to Berkeys and your customers… Ismael, Christian, Rafael, and Roberto all did exemplary work and answered our questions. If you’re not using Berkeys for your plumbing needs what are you even doing? Today I had what I thought was a water heater leak. My technician Clayton was here within an hour of my panicked phone call, dug around in the attic and found it was actually my refrigerator water line that had frozen and was leaking above the water heater. He gave me 2 repair options and had it done quickly. We also discovered the same old copper line was behind the refrigerator and he replaced that as well. Then vacuumed behind it! Then after hours of work, going to and from to get parts, he said “is there anything else you need while I’m here?” He insisted on cleaning my sink faucet gasket that had decreased water pressure. Mark that off the list! No where else will you get service like this. Thank you Berkeys.

We had water on our kitchen counter. But we needed a plumber to fix the problem. I saw a Berkey's truck that morning, so I called them. We got on their schedule for two days later. The day of the repair we got a text that the technician could come early in 30 minutes so we said come on. The tech asked about our issue and proceeded to fix it. While discussing things with him I pointed out the plastic shut-offs on the water lines that I did not like. He said he could get all those shut-offs in our house changed out that day. I'd been wanting to do that. He organized a crew to accomplish that change to metal shut offs. That crew arrived at noon and were finished by 1:30. I liked that they sent a text with the picture of the technician coming to our door. We used our dishwasher last night and everything worked fine. We were pleased with their work. Techs were friendly, efficient and professional.

Very smooth, professional experience from start to end on my AC replacement. Courtney was excellent about explaining the options and process. Next day Ton and I didn't catch the other installers name but they did an awesome job as well. The whole team went above and beyond!

Berkeys has been terrific in fixing any of my plumbing issues through the years and I emphatically recommend them. Their appointment scheduling is direct and simple, their communications by text, phone, and email is clear and efficient, and their techs swiftly resolved my issues in each instance. No pressure or hard upsell for services not needed. Communications were clear and understandable. In each visit the tech explained what caused the issue and advised how to prevent or possibly resolve myself in the future. Glad to have a trustworthy service provider to rely on when needed. They. Are. Amazing. For me to leave a proper review, I need to go back in time a bit. About 3 years ago, we started having trouble with our HVAC system. The heater wouldn't work. We had another "big name" company come out and tell us that we needed a new system, and that was the bottom line. According to them, there was absolutely nothing we could do because nobody made parts for our system anymore even though it was only about 15 years old and that we wouldn't be able to buy them without licensing anyway. We didn't know any better, so we went ahead with getting financed to purchase a new system. We were approved. The incredibly pushy salesperson was, of course, trying to get us to purchase the most expensive one. We decided that before we went ahead with the very costly purchase, we needed to get a 2nd opinion. My friend recommended Berkeys. She told us that they were phenomenal when she found herself in the same situation. We were expecting to make an appointment for a sales rep to come and let us see our choices. Instead, they made an appointment for a service call (a free one at that!) to see what exactly we needed. Welp, the guy was here for about an hour looking for the issue. He did find some problems with the main one being... hold onto yourselves because of how ridiculous this is going to be... the thermostat. Yep, our thermostat was bad. So, you mean to tell us that we were about to get got because our thermostat was out?! Errr..it still grinds my nervous system to think about it. Anyway, moving along. The amazing technician told us that yes, we will eventually need to replace the HVAC system but in the meantime, we'd have to replace some parts to keep it going until there was absolutely no more life in the ole gal. But wait!! How can we replace any of the parts when they no longer make the discontinued parts??? He told us that what the other guy from that other company told us wasn't completely true. Yes, they stopped making the parts, but not only could we still get them, we could also purchase them on our own without a license. To top it all off, the technician just happened to have a brand new smart thermostat in his truck that a previous customer didn't want, which he gave us for free and installed it for us. All of this was 100% free. The tips he gave us, as well as the other technicians that came out afterward to service the system, gave us 3 more years before we had absolutely no choice but to replace the HVAC. Oh, I forgot to mention, come to find out, the sales guy from the other company was trying to get us to purchase a system that would've worked in a 5000 sqft home.. our house is just a mere 1688 sqft little baby house. Overkill much? To make this long story short, we, of course, contacted Berkey's. We didn't care if we would have to pay more for a system from them just for the customer service alone. To me, customer service is the most important foundation of a good company. The process was easy. The salesperson was so personable and wasn't pushy in the least. In fact, he steered us away from the "better" more expensive system because, in his opinion, it wasn't as good as the lessor option. Qualifying for the financing was quick and easy. They had the best 2 technicians here in two days to install our new HVAC. They even bought my kids ice cream from the ice cream truck. I will 1000% always contact Berkey's for as long as they are in business. The end.

I've become a real fan of Berkeys! I've used them for plumbing and electric in the past with great results. That's why I called them this time when my water main broke near the meter. Theodis from Berkeys just finished repairing it. He rocked it! Great customer service. He designed a fix that is better than new and tested it to be sure! Thanks Theodis and thanks Berkeys!
