They worked very well with our homeowners insurance and provided a variety of options to resolving our leak. Jo in the main office was friendly and flexible when we called with any needs. The plumbers that came out were also friendly, honest and knowledgeable in their work. Highly satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in the DFW area.

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process. If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!
