Our furnace stopped working just before the holiday weekend. We needed someone to assess our furnace to see if it could be repaired. A company contacted us right away and sent a technician out the very next day, even though I called late in the afternoon. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and did everything possible to fix our furnace. In the end, we did need to get a new unit, but that was not due to any shortcomings on the technician's part.
