Some guy named Tony Shepherd came and did the inspection after they installed a new unit at my house and I have to say he was probably the best HVAC guy I’ve ever experienced. He told me he’s got a Masters in HVAC from the University of Pittsburgh at Toledo which is a TON of education. He should probably be doing nuclear engineering based on the number of gadgets he had plugged into the vents and pipes in the house. This guy is a real pro

He was very patient and thorough and gave us some advice on how to avoid future issue or at least how to slow them down - we had a clogged kitchen drain and thought we were doing all the right things. Cody and Sons was able to help us the next day after we called, which happened to be a Saturday and no Weekend penalty charge!!!’
