Some guy named Tony Shepherd came and did the inspection after they installed a new unit at my house and I have to say he was probably the best HVAC guy I’ve ever experienced. He told me he’s got a Masters in HVAC from the University of Pittsburgh at Toledo which is a TON of education. He was very patient and thorough and gave us some advice on how to avoid future issue or at least how to slow them down - we had a clogged kitchen drain and thought we were doing all the right things. Cody and Sons was able to help us the next day after we called, which happened to be a Saturday and no Weekend penalty charge!!!’

Excellent job. Service was running late for appointment but that didn't bother me; in my line of work, I know how things can run over. The company did keep me up to date with the delay. With that said, Evan was very courteous, friendly, and professional. The repairs weren't big but he was quick to assess, provide an estimate, and even a senior discount. He made quick work of the repairs and later provided estimates for two additional items. Evan was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service. Cody & sons did a bigger job for me years ago for a reasonable price. That's why I chose to use their services again. I was not disappointed. Thanks so much

They are excellent! They replaced my water heater a month or two ago and did an excellent job. Today, I had a water leak from a guest bathroom and they came quickly to source out the problem and stop the leak. Both times I have called they have arrived that same day which is a great comfort when you have water leaks. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs going forward and refer them to everyone I know.
