Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Tech name on the ticket name is Hector. Very professional and respectful gentleman. We had 2 bids done before they came out and they (Hooper) inspected the site better and gave a more honest approach to the job. They gave me 2 scenarios, the good and the bad…. They did a thorough inspection instead of randomly saying some large number for a job! Luckily our job was the good scenario and they were able to fix in 1 day. I have used this company for HVAC and now a repair for a gas leak. Highly recommend.!

I received an estimate from Hooper Plumber to reinstall a few faucets, a garbage disposal, and a Culligan filter. Their price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The plumbers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job quickly. Everything was installed perfectly and worked flawlessly afterward.

Anthony and Eric were kind, communicative, and had a can do attitude to resolve a dryer vent issue. They were able to observe and identify the flow issue and fix it with a 4" diameter dryer vent hose. They provided great service and were efficient with their time.

Hooper did a fantastic job and saved me over $1200 on a repair that another company bid on! I called Hooper out to get a second opinion on a basic repair and they far surpassed my expectations. These guys are honest and really take pride in their work. I will forever be a Hooper Plumbing customer!

Hooper made a mistake in the billing process and when brought to their attention, the mistake was immediately corrected. They apologized profusely. Good to know that a company does listen to complaints and when valid, they correct them. Very friendly people (from the Tech to the Billing Dept).

A pipe in the ceiling above the kitchen cracked and was leaking. The service techs were able to get here the same day I called them and the repaired the pipe. As always, they were very nice and professional.

Extremely disappointed in the level of service! Had a leak in my water meter that needing fixing, Eric came out next day and fixed it, but left us with a giant mess of sod thrown on top. Not only that, come to find out a couple weeks later when my grass starts turning brown that in the process, he chopped up some of my drip irrigation lines. When I called to see if they could rectify the situation, I was met with a bunch of excuses as to why they would have to charge me (more than my landscaper would). He acknowledged that he noticed the lines but thought they were "scraps." Needless to say I will never do service with them again, nor will I ever recommend them. Our builder recommended him to me, and I will be sure the builder knows of how we were treated, so that our neighbors don't have to deal with the same regret.
