I really appreciated the way that Clayton's team came in and helped us to solve our toilet issues. What I thought was going to be an expensive problem, turned into a quick solve. They provided honest, transparent pricing and didn't try to upsell anything. Moises worked quickly to get water valve fixed, fasten the toilet to the ground and replace necessary parts to get it up and running again. I'm probably saving in water what I spent for them to come out! It was also great to have Clayton go above and beyond when dealing with my home warranty which is usually a hassle. He made sure they got what they needed so I could be reimbursed.

Really great response and service! Called for an emergency flood in my house, they had a crew free and sent right over! Crew was extremely professional and even educated us on how to prevent this from happening again. Really great team and will absolutely be using them in the future and recommending!

Jeremy & Matthew helped repair one of my busted pipes after the storm. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job! They even went around and checked every faucet in my house to make sure they were all working properly. Highly recommend and will be using them again!

Clayton of Mai Plumbing was extremely helpful over the phone to walk me through what work was going to be needed to be done in order to replace my water heater and fix a small gas leak. His estimate was very close to the actual price and was way less than other plumber companies I called. Dave (the plumber) was extremely professional and did an excellent job informing me of the things he was doing. Mai has now come out to my property twice and both times the level of craftsmanship and professionalism has been top notch.

Mai Plumbing has the kind of great customer service you rarely see these days. Big jobs (a service line/pipe in the front yard) or small (a broken spigot), they are courteous, professional, prompt, and reasonable. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

I never write reviews. Hot water heater repair was fast & reasonably priced. Did not try to “upsell” us to a new unit. Had a minor unrelated issue a month later, and a plumber talked me thru that on phone in 5 minutes and it was fixed at no charge.
