Tech arrived promptly, was very professional without being disrespectful. Before doing anything, he took the time to explain the entire process to me including possible costs to repair. Fortunately, we did not have a serious and expensive situation. I believe that part of that is due to the fact that he did not try to up sell or recommend services that we really didn't need. I appreciate the honesty and would not hesitate to call the company again or refer them to my Family and Friends.

Jonathan and Jayden have been on this job at my home for several days replacing the gas lines. They are the best. They've gone above and beyond what was required of them to do the job. They know their business very well and both are very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I trust them in my home without hesitation. They also answered a lot of questions I had about a couple of other things unrelated to the gas pipe job and helped me understand those things. I'm very pleased with their work and with Metro Flow Plumbing company. I've learned over the course of my long lifetime that we get what we pay for in life. If you are looking for cheap, look elsewhere. If you are looking for total competence, timeliness, and dedication to getting the job done effectively, efficiently and as quickly as possible, this is who you want. We pay for good service, and they have given me exactly that. I needed them immediately, and they responded. This is a great company and a great crew of plumbers and I can't recommend them more highly.

Michael Jon Spurgeon was great. Timely, thorough, and walked me through the issues and options. He did a great job of telling me what I need without overselling any services or produced. Basically I have a bandaid fix, or can do something more substantive to fix the overall issue. I appreciate knowing my options, but also being given time to consider them with no pressure to make a decision. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Also, the woman who answered when I first called for assistance was also extremely helpful and got someone out right away. Great experience!

David and his partner did an excellent job putting my sewer drain back together. For this round of repair there was a lot of digging involved. I am hoping to see my shrubs live in the aftermath. They got notification about my problem this morning and had the problem resolved within 45 minutes of their arrival. Timely,efficient service Thank You!

Emergencies never seem to happen at 9AM on a Monday. Nope. They always seem to rear their ugly heads after hours or on a weekend. We awoke this morning to a pond, where our backyard used to be. Our dogs alerted us, by "helpfully" tracking mud all over the carpet. Yea. Called our landlord, and after calling three plumbers he uses, none were available. My best friend recommended Metro-Flow. We called, and immediately had the call picked up by a live human being. (Impressive, on a Saturday!) They scheduled us for this evening, but showed up an hour and a half earlier than they'd promised. (Also impressive.) Michael was efficient, thoroughly professional, and pointed out that, he could have charged us for extra work, but prefers to take an ethical approach. (Not just impressive - that's amazing in this day and age!) He had the pipe replaced in under an hour, and we were back in the flow (see what I did there?). Great work, and I highly recommend Metro-Flow for your plumbing needs in the N. Dallas metro area. These guys walk the walk. We are lucky to have found them.

We found ourselves in the unenviable situation of having a burst pipe in the latest freeze. I called Metro Flow Plumbing in a panic, and they got right back to me. Matt (I think that was his name) talked me through shutting off the water main, and they scheduled me for first thing in the morning. My technician was David, and he was fantastic! He came in, was very knowledgable and kept me updated on every move he made. He laid out the pricing in advance, and it was very clear and easy to understand. He worked quickly, was very respectful of our space, and cleaned up after he was done. I hope I won't have more plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, I know I'll definitely reach back out to Metro Flow Plumbing!

We used Metro Flow for a trenches sewer lining project at our office. They were punctual, easy to work with, and very respectful of our property. All of that, and they cost significantly less than traditional sewer line replacement. Highly recommend!

Metro plumbers responded quickly to a call around 5 pm and arrived at 7:30 pm to an emergency situation in which a pipe under our house exploded from freezing temperatures and with temps. in the upper 30s melting ensuing and there was gushing water into our foundation area. Luckily, we have a working sump pump, which was overwhelmed with water flowing up drain-spouts. We shut off our water and waited for metro. These were highly professional plumbers, knowledgeable and sized up the problem, found the leak in a blown elbow joint and replaced the pipe. This job required crawling underneath and across our house and not an easy job. The insulated the exposed pipes and around a water spigot. Doing this difficult job necessitated removing a small venting screen to the crawl space, which I need to replace, though was pointed out, with permission asked to cut the screen. I appreciate their quick and professional work but the price is shocking at $1200, which we had little choice to turn away, with the difficulty of this situation. In retrospect, I feel we were taken advantage of, because of emergency nature of the needed plumbing work and difficulty of access.
