Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic. So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. Amazing did a great job finished work and made sure everything worked

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.
