Jacob Armstrong was the professional sent to diagnose what I thought was one leak and give me an estimate for the repair. He quickly found that leak and other plumbing problems that required extensive work to be done. The way he presented the problems and solutions with compassion and sincerity made me feel I had made the right choice in companies. He and his helpers got the job done in spite of all of my old home hazards and with most of the work done in freezing weather. The guys arrived on time, ready to work. I was very pleased at the length of downtime I had for such major repairs. I want to thank Jacob. He took the time to explain everything and offered suggestions and alternatives to help me. All of the employees I dealt with (plumbers as well as office staff) were always kind, helpful, and respectful. I highly recommend Public Service Plumbers & AC and especially recommend Jacob.

Jacob came out on time and assessed my water heater issue. He showed me how the elements were completely burned up and he replaced the thermostat. PSP were not cheap but they are very professional and they are willing to finance, if necessary. Trust me on this, you get what you pay for so make sure you're dealing with the real deal. I will use Public Service Plumbers again.

Very pleased with the service. Fast and professional. Trip fee was waived when I elected the recommended fix. Others I’ve used in the past do not waive the trip fee. Very fair in my opinion. Clint who came did not try and upsell me anything unnecessary. Very honest service all around.

Troy & JB persisted with equanimity & good humor to repair a decades-old fixture (that we think is original to the building, which opened in 1963). I will call them again when I need help. They were thorough & professional through it all.
