Same Day Water Heaters

We used Same Day Water Heaters to replace 3 toilets in our home we purchased through Home Depot. They were very accommodating with scheduling and made the process extremely easy. The plumber who came out for the replacement was kind and efficient! When he arrived, I was on a work call and only had a few moments to give him instructions. By the time I got up to check on him, he was already done and everything was installed perfectly as I described. He even answered some questions I had about converting to a tankless water heater. The company also called after to ensure that everything was done to our satisfaction. Great experience overall!

Scott Kidd our plumber was fantastic he arrived on time. Scott was very helpful answered all our questions. When the job was finished he clean up the area. My new water heater works fantastic. I would like to add Roberta in your office was so helpful took care of us immediately. When you have a leaking water heater you do tend to get excited, after talking to Roberta she handled everything. Thank you so much for all your help from the office to the installation...

My Same Day plumber was Michael. He was an excellent plumber. He explained to me the work he was going to do. He was proficient and efficient. He was courteous and went right to work. He cleaned the area where he worked and my water heater area looks fabulous and my water heater works fine. I would recommend him to my friends and would call him back again.

I was connected to Same Day Water Heaters through Home Depot. It's always nerve wracking to pick a plumber, so I felt safe having Home Depot's support behind this company. I entered my request for a quote in the Home Depot system and I was called within 30 minutes from Same Day Water Heaters. There were no pressure tactics during the call with Same Day Water Heaters. We talked through my issues, and I was provided with a beginning estimate and told that this cost will go up when the plumbers arrive based on what might need to be changed with connections, etc. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of the person I was speaking with. I was told that when the plumbers arrived, they would make the final estimate for me, and I could also just say no and stop the job. If I stopped there would be no charge for the visit. The plumbers arrived and gave me an updated cost for the actual plumbing changes that needed to be added. I signed the agreement, and the guys got right to work. Start to finish it was about 3 hours to remove and install two hot water tanks. They protected my carpets, kept their work area clean and ensured the space was clean when they left. They provided me with instructions on how to operate them and asked if I had any additional questions. The guys were very professional, and I felt totally comfortable with them in my home. I would highly recommend Same Day Water Heaters and the ease of using the Home Depot process.

Decker and his partner were awesome. I truly appreciate their work ethic, courtesy and attention to detail. They came in with paperwork ready, quote established, and materials. They gave me good vibes from start to finish...so, I felt comfortable enough to let them work without my observation (which I always do with workers in my home). They finished installing my tank in an hour or a few minutes less. They were far less than other guys I received quotes from to do the same type of installation and my equipment and labor warranty is by far better. I'd recommend them to anyone. I'm glad I was patient and waited for them to come because I almost went with another company, because I needed the work done today. They did it....and, save me time and money. Melvin replaced a garbage disposal at my residence. He was polite and professional. He arrived on time and completed the work in a very efficient manner. He made sure it was working to my satisfaction and cleaned up after he was done. He did an awesome job.
