We love Slate Plumbing! I am impressed with the all around service that this team offers each customer. I value their knowledge and expertise, as they help not only the current situation they address, but also help avoid future fires. Plumbing issues can be such a headache and when they come, it is important to have someone you truly trust at your side to help navigating through the fires of it, as well as the financials. Slate Plumbing does not take advantage of their clients, they simply want to be alongside you and help provide the best experience for you. Cannot recommend this team enough!

Big thanks to Nate with Slate plumbing. They came out and fixed our sewer leak asap. Slate Plumbing gave us a fair price, did an excellent job, and in a timely manner. We will use them again and refer them to everyone.

We have used Slate twice for replacing our 20 year old water heaters. They were very quick and everything was made very easy. They fixed our shower faucet as well since it was not giving us hot water since a previous company installed it.

Call Slate Plumbing! Nate & James preformed a gas pressure test on my home and did an absolutely amazing job. These gentlemen were very professional, quick, and helpful! We hired Slate Plumbing to replace our water heater and they did so efficiently and with top customer service. Moses arrived fully masked and was very kind, helpful, and professional. They were able to come the same day we called and replaced the water heater within 24 hours. There was an issue shortly after the installment and we called to see if they could come back to check out the issue. Moses arrived back at our door very promptly and fixed the issue to ensure his service was successful. I would recommend Slate Plumbing (and specifically Moses) to anyone needing efficient and effective plumbing service!

I have used Slate on both commercial and residential projects and have always been more than satisfied with their work. They are very knowledgeable, deliver excellent service, and always complete all services on time. I have shopped around and have found that their pricing is very competitive. I received excellent service from Slate. They went above and beyond to help with my backed up drain lines. Everyone involved was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate Danny, who gave me several options and explained each one thoroughly. I will definitely be using them again.

RE Update: Slate plumbing returned today to fix the issue. After looking at the toilet, I was told it would cost $380 to repair, which was unacceptable. I asked to speak to management to resolve the issue, and after some debate, Abel (mgmt) agreed to repair it at no cost, if I would change my review from 1 to 5 stars. While I'm happy with the end result, communication/customer service on the management side needs improvement. With that said, the toilet was repaired and seems to be working well again, so I have updated my review as promised. Update: I never received an email, but I'll take you at your word that you will contact me Monday to make this right. Slate Plumbing broke what they were here to repair. I called to get them back to fix the issue, but an answering service answers all calls, and a manager would never contact me. I can't recommend Slate plumbing.
