These guys are great but definitely request Jay! We had one team come out and spend almost 2 hours with no solution to our problems. Jay came out and fixed both issues for us in a fraction of the time. Highly recommend

I have used Tribeca Plumbing four times now; three for residential plumbing jobs and one heating/HVAC job. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with their service. If you want an honest and reasonable company to help you when your plumbing goes sideways, these are your folks. In particular, Jay is a class act. He is professional, knowledgeable, dependable, patient, and educational. He is a master of his craft and one of the main reasons I keep coming back.

Well, this plumber is responsive. But that’s the best thing I can say about them. I’ve had them do a lot of work on my house and then had to have different plumbers come and fix their mistakes. They’ve cut into my walls on four different occasions. Only once did they offer to repair after the fact without further cost. Once they cut into a closet wall to find pipes but instead found another closet. It was a challenge to get them to repair that mistake and it took several weeks and requests for them to take action. Jay is difficult to work with. Jeremy tries hard but is in over his head on projects. The rest of the plumbers are inexperienced and make many mistakes. Their billing department is inept. They sent invoices to the wrong email address and then a month later sent text messages about putting a lien on my house or filing legal action. Hard to pay a bill you don’t receive because they can’t spell your name right.

Incredible experience working with Jay and his team. We had a laundry list of issues after purchasing our home. Jay and team finished everything in a timely manner and went above and beyond with their attention to detail and communication. It is great to know we have a trusted plumber to reach out to for all future needs.

I had a very positive interaction with the technician Jay. I had a dishwasher that was unable to drain. He provided very detailed explanations and helped me resolve the issue quickly while mitigating costs. I have used this company before and will definitely do the same in the future.

What I like the most that after calling Milestone and been giving quote over 6k, Jay and his team came and gave me very honest price a fraction of what milestone was telling me! jay also gave me honest review on my water heater- even though he go around and tell me I need to change one. I recently had a great experience with Tribeca Plumbing when a paving company broke an irrigation pipe in my alley. Jay and a helper came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a couple of hours. Jay is awesome and I will call Tribeca for any other plumbing needs I may have in the future! Thank you!
