In the midst of the freeze last week- no heat! Untied Mechanical was extremely timely, accurate, courteous, etc. Lindsey in office was more than helpful and patient; Clayton as well. This company has great people and you can tell they like their jobs and take pride in the work!! Big plus- they used to dealing with stressful situations AT AFFORDABLE PRICES! Thank you!

Gas company identified a small leak in the plumbing section coming out of the ground going into our home. Billed about 6 man-hours (master plumber + 3 helpers) & ~$750 charge to replace a 1' section of that pipe. No digging or anything else. This seemed like an excessive bill. In the end, the gas company required inspection to turn service back on. United Mechanical ended up rolling 1-2 trucks out here at least 3 times to handle the repair, testing & inspection and a minor code compliance upgrade. The end bill was 8 man-hours and $1077. Neighbors had comparable leaks and charged multiples of my bill. So 5 stars is fair.

After getting several very high quotes from other plumbers, we called United Mechanical. Jim came out and gave us a reasonable quote and then went up and beyond to help find us a cartridge that had been discontinued. He was amazing and we love our shower upgrade. United Mechanical also descaled our tankless water heaters and did a great job !!! Jeannette is so helpful, professional and does a fabulous job with scheduling ! Thank you United Mechanical. We appreciate you so much and highly recommend you for all plumbing needs!!!! 5 stars!!!!

United Mechanical is the best and most reliable plumbing company in town. They have saved us many times and we just cannot thank them enough. They are prompt, thorough, leave the house clean when finished and there's no b.s.! They are just wonderful.

Juan and his team were absolutely wonderful! They have the best prices and greatest work in the business. Our 50 year old AC unit went out and 25 year old indoor unit as well. They was quick to get started and complete the job! Very clean, while working both inside and out of our home. I felt comfortable leaving them there to work while I ran errands. Super friendly and easy to communicate with, I will definitely be referring them to anyone in need of service! Air is blowing colder than ever and we’re on week 3. Impressed to say the least. Work is warranted as well!

I have used United Mechanical for close to 10 years on all of my properties. Any time I have an issue relating to plumbing or HVAC I contact United Mechanical and a professional service tech arrives within the estimated time I was given over the phone. The service techs are always professional, friendly and clean! I have used companies in the past where this is not always the case. If you want a job done the right way I would certainly recommend giving United Mechanical a call!

United Mechanical's Steve McClure once again did not disappoint. We've done business with them since 2015 and Steve always comes thru. When he says he treats you like family that is exactly what he does. United Mechanical has stood behind their work 100% no questions ask.
