I broke a glass bowl in my sink and the shattered glass jammed my garbage disposal. The disposal was making a humming noise but not spinning so I figured I’d have to purchase a new one until I call Advanced Plumbing. I believe his name was John, but he walked me through clearing the jam and now my garbage disposal is working perfectly again. He could’ve easily charged me to come out but offered to walk me through this issue over the phone. Their service is far better than any service I’ve received from any company I a very long time. He seems like a very honest person that truly wants to help people and I greatly appreciate his service. You absolutely cannot go wrong by having this company service your plumbing needs.

We found these plumbers when our usual plumbing company was closed the day after Thanksgiving. Advanced Plumbing Services called us back right away and arrived in an hour. They were able to fix our plumbing problem quickly for a reasonable price. They communicated what they did and did not try to sell us anything else. We were very pleased with them and will use them whenever we need a plumber in the future.

We had concerns over a damaged pipe and John and team came over urgently. Helped us identify the root of the problem, made sure we had the right information for repairs to our filtration system, and tested to make sure our water was working. Highly recommend and would use this team again!

If you want great service from a Nice and polite Team. Timely and knowledgeable, just the best. I have used them for several years and John is always straight forward and solves your pluming needs. Seriously, You will find his service fantastic.

This company fixed my mother n law sink faucet and valves promptly and professionally. I placed a service request at 815a and they showed up right at the scheduled time same day. They were knowledgeable and took care of everything I had asked of them. Highly recommend

Local Denton Advanced Plumbing Services will come right out and fix whatever plumbing problem you have. I needed a new gas line for a dryer, and also needed the gas line capped off outside that was once attached to an old pool heater. Advanced Plumbing Services came over immediately and diagnosed/fixed the issues within the hour. Prices were reasonable and they are a family business so that's a HUGE plus. Needed them to come out the next day as my hot water heater decided to stop working and they addressed the problem immediately and fired her back up. DO NOT HESITATE to call this great company! Thanks John and sons!!!

Advanced plumbing came out and corrected my fill tank on my toilet and broken valve issue in no time flat. Job was done WELL DONE and their customer service was FANTASTIC. Thank you Advanced Plumbing! Highly recommend them.

Scheduled an appt on Friday for them to come out on Saturday. Received email confirming appt date and text confirming appt window. Plumbers did not show up. Apparently they’d called during the appt window to confirm the appt and since we missed their call, they sent their crew home. They didn’t tell us when scheduling the appt, in the email, or in the text, that they’d only show up if we confirmed the appt again by phone during the appt window. We were waiting for them and looking forward to the service and just weren’t paying attention to the phone. Very frustrating and completely avoidable if they’d just made it clear that we needed to expect their call during the appt window. They offered to come out at their next availability on Tuesday, but we need this leaking toilet fixed sooner than that so had to find another service.
