Drip Plumbing has a great team! We had major work under our slab and they were very responsive to our needs. Most our interactions were with Chris, Dylan and Michael they were at all times professional helpful and knowledgeable. They all did a great job, great communicators. The job was done Urey well in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. And also thanks to Page and Kaitlyn who were always helpful and if we had questions they were quick to come with the info we needed. Also thanks to Tobias who was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful to compromise on the job cost. Again thanks to Tobias and his team for a great job. DRIP Plumbing installed our new washing machine today (and hauled off the old one). I appreciated the texts to let me know that they were on their way. Easy in and out process. Will continue to use DRIP with all our plumbing needs.

The thing I liked the best, was they were here within an hour of me calling them. Very nice plumber. It was very expensive because as always breakdown occurred 1 hour after closing hours. The tech did help with the price as much as he could and I had a 50.00 coupon. Expensive lesson for me to learn how the change out batteries in overflow sensor.

Plumber was excellent in every aspect. I think he did quality work in a timely fashion. Everything was exceptional except a $700 for an hour and a half work In response to the company’s response. Yes. The plumber gave an estimate prior to work. I thought that it was high, because I figured it must be complicated and take a substantial amount of time. There just is no way that you could justify charging over $200 to remove the sheet rock that took 15 minutes! Can you? It simply does not make sense to me

I want to express my positive experience with the DRIP service. I highly recommend DRIP plumbing because I'm completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The staff (especially Chris) is friendly and highly skilled. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. I have had a serious issue with my sewell pipeline and these guys have replaced, fixed, tested and set everything to restore the normal functionality in my home. Thank you very much for made a great job and for the transparency in the pricing.
