Force comes through when you need them with honest, dependable, and incredibly detailed service!!! Rare to find that these days. Last week was hectic. I was out of town, we had a low of 19f and my wife calls me with the main level furnace not running... Called force and they answered before 8am even, and surprised me with availability to come by within an HOUR!! Milton came by, diagnosed an issue with wiring, and thermostat. Replaced both. Left, and two hours later, same symptoms, so he came back, and did some more work, same thing, worked for a bit then stopped. Did some deep diving, and discovered it was the furnace board that was fried. The next morning he got the parts, came by first thing and got us up and running. This is where the honesty and great people factor come into play. I started thinking to myself, if the board was the problem, maybe it wasn't the thermostat, so maybe we can go back to our original thermostat, save a few hundred dollars and things would be good? Force proactively called ME and said they wanted to do just that. So Milton came back over, replaced the Honeywell thermostat with our Nest, and voila, it works... They are refunding the thermostat cost, etc... This is an honest company, great people with incredible values. Do not hesitate to do business with them!
