Disaster stuck! Our Gas Hot Water Heater busted and water was everywhere. Got on Google and did a plumbing search. Several popped up. I called a few but couldn’t get out for two days to give assessment and quotes. A few requested photos and sent me some expensive quotes. Knee Deep was able to come out same day and give me a reasonable quote and replace appointment. Robert and Lionel showed up and replaced our Water Heater and got us out of cold showers lol! Highly recommend Knee Deep Plumbing folks. Prompt response with quality service. Give these guys a call, might be a wallet saver.

If you need a plumber these are the people to call!!! Sue in the office has been great and Nate that came out onsite has been great. They were out a little over thirty min from calling them. Isolated the hot water leak under the slab and had a crew out the next morning. Toon a few short hours and a new big hole in my garage to find the problem. Day three I have hot water back!! I can not say enough good things about how friendly they al are. Don’t waste your time on others if you need a plumber call them. Prices are very fair in my opinion as well! K.Glimstad

Mike, Robert & Lionel came out today to detect a possible leak. They were punctual, professional and did a great job of explaining everything to me. They were very honest, and found no leak! Pricing was very reasonable! Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

This company has great staff. A few weeks ago they installed a new water heater and today they fixed several things and installed a hot water circulation pump we've needed for years. It wasn't as straightforward as they'd expected but they persevered and remained friendly and professional throughout the hours and a trip to the store for an odd size pipe of some kind. Cuyler is fantastic - friendly and professional. Robert, his helper, was also great. Regardless of why you need a plumber, you absolutely can't go wrong with them.

Michael & Noah did a great job getting our shower up and running again. Also, Sue was very helpful and courteous on the phone setting up the appointment. I’ll definitely use them again when needed.
