I was going to replace one of my toilets, but after removing the existing toilet I found the metal ring was corroded. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing to set an appointment & they were able to send someone out that day!! The service tech ( Keon Koontz) was very professional. He explained a couple options to me & I choose to have him handle to whole change out for "peace of mind". I'm glad I did. He was able to complete the change-out same day that I called!!!! He was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Will definitely use Benjamin Franklin again and ask for Keon Koontz if he's available. THANK YOU KEON!!!!!!

Alie Joseph from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job. When he came out evaluate and give an estimate. He was able to explain most of the different scenarios and pit falls. He was frank about the challenges and how they would be addressed and potential cost impact. After getting several estimate, we used Benjamin Franklin to completely replace our service line. They did hit a few challenges, but stayed with in the quoted estimate. Excellent work. I'm happy with Alie's communication and management of the replacement project.

I’ve had these guys out for a couple of major plumbing issues including a leaking sewer pipe that required a lot of excavation. And then finesse work for my remodeled kitchen. All the guys were competent including Klee and Allie. They do a nice job when done on their cleanup and I’m a fan for sure now. I would recommend them any day for plumbing jobs large or small. Good company.

Needed to replace all four sink faucets in my two bathrooms, and knew that Ben Franklin was my go-to for plumbing jobs..I was not disappointed-Hunter was meticulous and expert, making sure everything was completed and clean. Highly recommend these service experts, and - believe me, a house by lot in the 70s often needs some TLC to keep things flowing!

Myles did a great job. Identify the problem and corrected it and also addressed my other concern. His work are was clean and all supplies removed before leaving.The pricing was explained up front and there were no surprises. I will definitely use this firm again.

Nick Fontenot arrived on-time, assessed the problem, and recommended two possible courses of action. I agreed with his assessment that the water heater was in need of replacement. He gave me some options on what type and what was involved. He has scheduled the installation of a replacement for day-after-tomorrow. UPDATE 12/11/2024 The water heater has been installed; I am waiting for it to warm up so I can shower. The installers were polite, quick, and seemed knowledgeable. I am quite pleased with the work performed.
