I am extremely happy with One Source Plumbing.. They have been very professional & honest. I had a couple other plumbing companies come out I was quotes very high estimates & was getting different information on what I needed done. I called One Source they came out & they explained everything where I understood exactly what needed to be done & why it needed to be done that way. Their charges for their services were maybe a forth of what others wanted to charge . Bonus they didn't have to break up any concrete creating another expense for me. First time using this company/service. This was by far my best experience yet with a plumbing company in the metroplex. My technician’s name was Tony Lopez. He was awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable; and more importantly, a very honest, and genuine person. He was not only on time, but early. Called before he came, and did fabulous work in a very short period of time. I highly recommend him and this company, ((One Source Plumbing)and certainly will use them again.

I am owner of a recently renovated house where one source plumbing (Patrick Figueroa) sent techs to unclog a toilet drain. they never checked the toilet line where the clog was. Instead, they only looked at the mainline and said our toilet backup was from a sewer belly. they tried to defraud us of more than $10,000 to trench under the house to replace the main line where the "sewer belly" was supposed to be. We spent hundreds more to investigate the sewer belly. turns out that there isn't a sewer belly problem. the clog was under the toilet, in the toilet line which they never checked. I talked to Jose Hernandez who lied and said they DID check the toilet line. then he lied and tried to convince me that the toilet line is the same as the mainline. We finally paid another plumbing company to easily the toilet line.

I use One Source for grease trap cleaning. I highly recommend One Source. They are always on time, answer questions, make recommendations to improve my business. Their actions show they are invested in my business success. Our last visit was with Val, Tony and Jeremy. The three are truly the best!

I got a gas leak inside my home that o was not aware or could even smelled, the reason I called One Source plumbing is because of a slightly high bill - Eduardo came as fast as he could to my location and did a gas leak test and made the repair immediately - I can say he was very kind and attentive and did a great job - I could say he saved my life - When a company is reliable and have such great employee!
