It’s January ‘24 and we had a leak in a kitchen sink. Alex had us change our schedules to be home for his morning visit and never showed with no explanation before nor after. He assured us by text and call that he wanted the job. It cost us time and embarrassment. I wrote this to caution others and prevent this type of experience.

I would recommend going somewhere else. Alex has left my shower problem worse than when he started on it, and has been avoiding me for over a month. Definitely recommend using a more reliable service. He came to fix my sink, and I gave him 150 extra to fix my shower when he said he'd help me with it, and he left it worse than before and hasn't given my money back either

Alex and his son Brian, excellent Father & Son licensed plumber's (Master & Journeyman respectively)! "One of the "Best Plumbing Company" in the El Paso metropolitan area! Give them a call or text them, they are prompt and extremely professional!

I called to have the company disconnect a gas dryer and connect a new gas dryer for my mom. The company no called no showed on the day they said they would come. They showed up the next day and charged my elderly mom $225 for a service that literally took 15 minutes. The invoice they provided doesn't even say Alameda Plumbing so we do not know if they subcontracted the job or what. The price was exorbitant for what they did. We will never use them again.

I made an appointment for Saturday morning for a problem with my toilet. The technician never showed up or called to cancel and reschedule. I waited until Monday morning to see if the company would call to apologize and to set another date and time. Again I received no call. Perhaps they don't need my business.
