Dealing with Frank was a wonderful experience. He actually showed up early for our appointment. He was polite, courteous and always kept me informed of what he was doing. He fixed all my problems and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Plumber came quick on a Sunday for hot water heater repair. Also installed pressure regulator a couple of days later. Both services were paid by check which he asked me to leave blank. Also only received one receipt and he tore the top portion off where business info and date was. Now I have 2 leaks in area where work was performed. I tried to contact but main phone number is disconnected and cell number is no longer in service. Not sure what is going on. I also sent email quote request. Guess I’ll wait and hope for a response.

Extremely happy I decided to choose Westside plumbing over other local plumbers. For years I have been paying extra for plumbers to clear a drain in my house thru the roof as they said they said it was the only way it was possible. Well Mr. Barraza cleared it thru the kitchen drain and charged me a lot less than the other plumbers. He fixed several plumbing issues in my house quickly and efficiently and for a lot less than other plumbers had quoted me. And to think I almost didn’t hire him as couldn’t find many reviews on google. Most definitely will call him for any future plumbing issues I have.

Save your money Google it. Most problems have an easy solution. I had a burst pipe, called El Paso Westside Plumbing and they said they would be an hour. Hour and a half later they said they were on route but there was an accident they would be here soon. Checked maps and waze and no accident was reported but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because even with an accident they weren't far. 30 mins later called to cancel. Googled the fix and had to pass by where they said the accident was to get to the hardware store and there was no accident. They just wasted 2+ hours of my time for something I googled and took 15 mins to fix.
