We have used Honey Dew Done Plumbing two times to detect and repair two separate water leaks that we have had over the past 6 months. I can attest that the entire team from Liz, in the office, to the plumbers who do the repairs have excellent customer service skills. They are professional, friendly, courteous and skilled. They are also punctual and will explain the process of the repairs to you so that you understand what happened and what the repair will be. Aracely and Austin detected and corrected our first leak and we had a great experience with them. The second leak was detected and repaired by Joseph and his apprentice and again we had excellent customer service from Joseph. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done!

I highly recommend Honey Dew Done for plumbing services. They are so professional and polite over the phone. Aracely and Austin were on time, polite and professional, they worked clean and explained everything to me. I’m very pleased with their work and customer service. I will completely hire them for my next plumbing needs.

Aracely and Austin did an outstanding job replacing and handling all our plumbing issues everything was done professionally and in a very timely matter never had a better experience with any other company! Your technicians were great. I was running a little late getting home, but they waited and I'm greatful they did. They fixed my problem in less than hour and did an awesome job. Great two personalities but do not know much about my issue and we're going to charge me $900 to do something that only cost less than $150. I called back the company to complain and hopefully it will never happen again. My advice is to get many estimates and to leave this company alone until they get more experienced and older plumbers.
