I have been trying to find someone to install my new tankless water heater for a couple weeks. The big chain wanted way too much money and didn't use the brand I wanted. Called Innovative Plumbing and talked to Joe. He was awesome. Arrived on time to give me an estimate. He was very professional and provided me with a quote that was $1000 less than the big chain. His Plumber Rafael arrived when Joe said he would. Rafael and his brother removed my old tank water heater and installed my new tankless unit. They did an amazing job and were very clean and courteous. Answered all my questions and accommodated all my requests. I couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend Innovative Plumbing. One VERY satisfied customer here.

Excellent service, the person they sent was very polite and efficient. They were punctual and I ended up spending less compared to the other quotas I had received. I had been having problems with my water heater and with a broken line in my wall. What I thought would be a week's job was finished on the same day. Was very happy with the work done.
