Ivan and Abraham did an amazing job! I called them today and they showed up an hour later. They gave me an excellent quote, which was only 60% of the cost that I received from a nationally know plumbing company. I would definitely recommend Liberty and these two gentlemen to family and friends! They may look young, but they are respectfully, knowledgeable, and have great technical experience! They took the time to professional explain the parts and replacement process of my hot water heater. They also scheduled my inspection with the city of El Paso. If you need a plumber to replace your hot water heater, this company is definitely the right company to hire El Paso! 💯

Ivan and Albert provided excellent customer service they were prompt and provided detail heating info for a normal person to understand the heating lingo so you are not lost when trying to understand what’s is going wrong with your unit. They replaced my old water heater with brand new high quality 2025 model to last for years! My parents called liberty to get theirs replaced and my sister also so they come highly recommended by this family 100%. Don”t waste your time on any other plumbing company because Liberty Plumbing is the best El Paso has to offer!

This company is wonderful!! They were responsive, honest, gave us options on the best way to fix our issue and very knowledgeable. We have already recommended them to several people and will call them when we need any plumbing done.

My husband and I have an older home, this means I washer was in our kitchen and it drove us nuts. We called Liberty plumbing to come out and do an estimate. We told them that we wanted the washer moved to the utility room, a second drainage line put in and to put in connection for a dish washer for the kitchen. Liberty plumbing did such a clean and amazing job, running new water lines with external shut off valves in case of cold weather, dug and put in the drainage line and added two blow out valves in our yard, and got the dishwasher hookups installed. The crew was extremely informative, polite and on time. What I would have expected to take 2 weeks to accomplish they had done in less than 4 working businesses days. Saying my husband and I very pleased with the work is an understatement. It is beyond amazing not to have the washer in the kitchen any longer. I know will have extra counter space, my house is a little less noisy with it being in the utility room and being able to shut the door, we have no leaks, and was a first time pass when they inspector came out before they buried the line out front. I definitely plan on using them again in the future for any repairs or upgrades whenever we do choose to rent out our home. We did talk to other plumbers like Roto-Rooter, they gave us a smaller quote but they didn’t want to add another drainage line for our yard. We definitely contemplated on who to go with, but I’m beyond happy we paid the extra money to get what we wanted with a crew that definitely will not cut corners and do the job right the first time! I had an underground leak, and needed to find a leak detector ASAP. I decided to try Liberty Plumbing, and I’m so glad I did! They run a very professional and timely business. I got to meet Albert, the owner, Phil, the leak detector, and Ivan and Abraham, the plumbers. Honestly, they are all wonderful people! They detected the leak, and fixed it in a day! I am very pleased with their work, and will use them again. The leak was under the vanity in the bathroom. They had to work hard to get to it, but they did! Liberty Plumbing sent Ivan to replace my kitchen waste drain and did an excellent job. He looked at the issue gave me a fair quote. I accepted it and he knocked it out of the park. Also, I was able to get an appointment within days of my issues who I believe was with the owner Albert. Thank you for your assistance and great work. Lastly, the company is military friendly.

Ivan came and gave us a free estimate. When it was time for the work to be done he was timely and professional. Installed kitchen sink and fixed water heater in 4 hours . Would definitely recommend.
