Ricky was our technician today and he was professional, friendly and courteous. He made sure everything was clean. He asked if we had any question which was great because he wanted to make sure we knew everything we needed to know. He was so very thorough on everything. We highly recommend Mechanical Technologies and Ricky. We have been their customer for more than 10 years and have been very satisfied with them. For great service and products this is your company to choose.

They were very attentive and courteous. The tech had a smile. It has been a nice experience so far. I like the fact that they do offer financing options and they gave me a discount. However, I haven’t received the product yet and can’t talk about that yet.

Water heater stopped working 7am. Went to Lowes Website, placed an order 730am, Mechanical Technologies contracts w/Lowes, ( customer doesn't buy products no ) Lowes contracts Mechanical Technologies. "When the guy at Lowes asked me for my info, I hesitated, because I was going to buy a water heater. He explained HOW it works". Drove home, phone rings from Mechanical technologies, they send a guy to my house to check things out. 1130am he comes over, explained everything, I payed him in full. The driver was dispatched, 1pm driver shows up, shuts water off, does his job, 330pm I had a new water heater. The sequence is fast. The job is quality. No fuss.

We came across some unexpected damaged duct work in my home. After several quotes and options , Mechanical Technologies came and performed the work. Let me say that the attention to detail the staff has was very impressive, from the overall work to the cleanup. Highly recommend

This company was great to work with. From the time I called them for estimate to time job was complete was 4 days, they had to run all new duct work and new heat and air on my house . Amazon company would recommend to everyone to use

The administrators were Very helpful in coaching me through the process in getting a new water heater installed. The installer was mindful and even though he ran into some complications he worked past night fall to make sure everything was done properly and up to code. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to others. Thanks guys!!

Excellent customer service, responded to questions quickly. Any question or barrier that came up they solved it immediately. Very nice clean up after they left you wouldn’t know they had been working here all day! Don was our sales person, Oscar, Jose, and Neff were the installers and all great to work with!
