Over priced and made a mess left it all on top of my roof

Told these guys I was having a back up in one of my bathrooms. They insisted on only needing my main clean out cleared. I insisted that that was not the problem because my other drains were good. They only did my main clean out and left. Did not fix the problem and still charged me for something I didn’t ask for.
