I called Pronto Plumbers to check on a water leak. They were at the house within 2 hours and fixed the leak and checked to make sure there were no other issues. Steve and Fabian were knowledgeable and efficient. I will not hesitate to call Pronto Plumbers when there is a need!

Pronto Plumbers came through when another plumbing company failed to fix the problem. Pronto was quick to schedule us and kept us informed about our issue. Their technicians were knowledgeable and experienced. They met our needs, didn’t take advantage of us and were fair with the charges. We definitely will be using them again.

Two young men showed up. Looked at my problem. Came back with an outrageous price. All they did was change the spigot and remove an unused pvc pipe. Me just wanting it done…. Didn’t look into what they were really doing or what the materials they had to go get were to cost. They price gouged the heck out of it of me. I’m embarrassed to say what they charged. I’m a woman living alone and on the west side and they did me dirty.

Owning a 100 year old House is worry enough but as a Retiree, these worries are multiplied. Add to this a Plumbing Emergency (with Sewage) and you can only imagine our Nightmare? We got two Estimates, both of which revealed the dreaded collapse of the Original (Ancient) Clay Sewer Pipes under our large backyard. Both Plumbing Companies were Professional but Pronto's Crew not only were very skilled as the length of our Problem emerged but the Care they gave us in each Step as the problems emerged was extraordinary too. Because our Home predated Government Records, the City was totally unsure of even which Direction from our Home the Sewer flowed. Luckily, Pronto's Front Office took over, did their careful Research and made sure that their Plans were done Right the 1st. Time. And each step of the Way, their on Site Crew took the Time to explain each and every Cost, Choice and Benefits which helped us to make those important Decisions correctly the FIRST TIME too. From that 1st. impossible Day, Victor (Pronto's Owner) followed up on each and every Step of this difficult and complicated Fix. It became immediately clear that at Pronto Plumbing, the Professionalism and Skills flow from the Top down! Every single Member of his Team was as Concerned as Victor and you can imagine how this turned our Homes worst Disaster into a Fix that we are positive will last the next 100 Years!! We recommend Pronto Plumbing without exception and are beyond grateful for the exceptional Care and Professionalism they exemplify!!! Thank You!!!
