Living out in the county it’s always hard to find professionals to come out to install appliances or have major services done. Reliable Plumbing is one of the few who not only came out but to install our new stove but has been there every time we needed them. The first time was for a slab leak we had that they fixed as well that day. We have recommended them to friends and family now because we love them. Thank you to Christian and his partner for coming out again in putting our new stove. If something comes up again, we know who we are gonna call. Update 8/9/24: so after getting our new stove installed, our water heater decided it needed work too so we called Reliable Plumbing. Brian and Danny were amazing and right when I met them I knew they were gonna be great. Brian is great at explaining the process and how the codes work to make sure everything is up to code and safe. Despite the space we had for the new water heater, Brian and Danny made it work with without having to cut into the wall which was what was originally planned. We are always happy to call Reliable Plumbing and we will keep calling you all if anything happens. Thank you again for helping us.

Reliable Plumbing is the most Awesome plumbing service in ALL El Paso! Miguel and Ramon came to our house and solved our plumbing problem so expertly, and in such a professional manner! Miguel explained and answered ALL my questions. He knew exactly what to do! Raymond the owner who had taken care of me on the phone was a true Professional and gentleman as well…. no wonder his crew and his Company truly live up to their name! Very satisfied with their work. Sent two gentlemen to replace my water heater. Both workers were clean and thorough. Albeit pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. With that said, I would very much recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Workers were nice but were not able to effectively fix issues with a clogged toilet in two different visits. Two appointments with no solid resolutions or exact diagnosis but instead received a large quote to fix pipes that were not initially connected to the main problem. Company also does not offer affordable payment plans. Chose to get a second opinion and problem was solved and fixed in one appointment and within a couple of hours.

I was charged a total of $1,400 to leave a big hole and only cap a leak in my home foundation. They came in with all their equipment and missed second leak only a few inches away from first. His solution was to charge me up to $8,000. Owner didn't even make the effort to help with a solution other than him wanting money. He has good workers but they are trained very well to benefit owner and additional charges.

Terrible service! They got super late to the appointment. They crashed into mi garage and didn’t pay for the damages. Asides, they were doing road rage before they crashed. They said they could fix the damaged pipes at my house because the boss wasn’t available. When I asked that guy to pay for the damages, he decided to flip me the finger with his ugly tattooed arm and left.

Reliable plumbing has been awesome! We have had them do several projects for us and each one has been done well. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely refer them. 👍🏼

Called 2 different plumbing companies and received outrageously priced quotes. Reliable Plumbing showed up promptly, fixed my issue quickly and saved me considerable money. I'd highly recommend this company.
