I had called 5 different plumbing services for a quote to install my water boiler because mine had an active leak and drained out to my garage. Richy was able to come in that same day and gave me the best quote by far. He came in and got right to work, he explained to me everything he was going to do and did. He also showed me the bad work that was done from a previous plumber and replaced all parts necessary and stuck with the price he gave me at the start. Very happy with his service and professionalism. I’ll be saving his contact for any future plumbing needs!

We had our water heater go out and called so many plumbers we googled that were allegedly fast response time and 24 hour none answered none called back none showed up. We finally came across richy rooter and he immediately responded and came within 30 min to check it out. He covered all our options helped us find the cheapest but longest lasting option and was very fast and honest and hard working. He was respectful of our space and time and money and fixed an issue that we thought would be in the thousands for less than $200. He also follows up to see how things are going and if his work is holding up.I couldn’t recommend them more. A family company and an honest worker 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience with Richy Rooter Plumbing. On the day of our appointment, Ricardo texted me to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He ended up having a last-minute cancellation so he was able to do the new toilet installation and fix a second toilet right then. His prices were better than other estimates I had received. He was thorough and cleaned up nicely afterwards. I also asked for quotes on other issues and he was very good at explaining everything. He gave me advice on what needed to be done and what could wait down the road. I appreciate his honesty and I'm so glad I found a plumber I can trust.

We had to replace the hot water system in our house. The old one was corroded and not up to code. We contacted Richy Rooter and within less than a week we're on the schedule for removal of the old system and installation of the new. He brought it up to code as well. The price quoted was cheaper than most other services and the work is 10/10 quality. The speed, quality and constant contact with the vendor was amazing. Could not ask for a better service experience. Would highly recommend for any plumbing work. We have saved his information if we ever have any other work to do.

Fast and reliable service, very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to not only fix my plumbing issue but also identified a leak in our water line and took videos for us to show it was on the city side in case the city tried to pull one over on us. Consider me a customer for life!

Excellent service. Food disposal had not been working for some time. He was able to make the time on that same day to stop by and quickly fix the food disposal. Highly recommend. Will be calling him for future work.
