While searching through the internet for a plumber I noticed that Sun City was the only business rated 5 stars. I scheduled an appointment online and shortly thereafter I received a call from Eric to verify my appointment. Shortly thereafter Eric and Tony arrived ready to go. I was quite impressed with their enthusiasm and pleasant attitude both were very polite and went right to work and 45 minutes later they had removed my toilet, unclogged it, replaced the flange and wax ring and had my toilet operational. Please listen to me when I tell you don’t hesitate, call sun city for all your plumbing needs. They are efficient, polite and VERY reasonable in their price. I’ve saved them in my contacts and I am very satisfied.

Zach called me before my scheduled appointment time to give me an estimated arrival time. I work from home and the heads up was very helpful. Great experience from 1st phone call to install! Eric and Ramon came out to install a new water heater since ours was out of code in multiple areas, out of warranty, and needed $700 in parts to repair. We decided it was best to replace the whole thing. Eric and Ramon were very professional, friendly, and efficient! We called 3 other competitors to ask for pricing and while Sun City was not the lowest, their price was fair and transparent upfront. There was no salesmen-like negotiations, just a fair, honest quote with timely scheduling. They replaced basically everything - water heater and plate that does at the bottom (forgetting the name?), gas valve, water lines, vent, and escape pipe. Eric provided additional education at the end - which I find extremely helpful and adds value to the level of service provided! I highly recommend! If you're looking to have your water heater replaced, look no further & call Sun City Plumbers like myself & everyone else suggests :)

Eric from Sun City Plumbers has done both repairs and installations for me and I have been happy with all their work. Sun City sets up the appointments very quickly and arrive when scheduled. Eric is very knowledgeable, especially working on older homes. Their prices are very fair.

I called sun city plumbers to help with a faucet repair. They sent over Eric Martinez, who arrived exactly when excepted. Eric even called us to let is know he was on his way.
