I hired a plumbing service based on a neighbor's suggestion after they had some pipe repairs done. Our neighborhood has old houses, and unfortunately, the pipes beneath our homes are quite ancient and starting to show their age. I needed significant work on the plumbing in my home. Damian and Liam were courteous, friendly, and took great care of my property. They also found ways to help me save money more than once. The work was completed efficiently and on schedule. There was some follow-up needed after I had another contractor repair some tile they had to dig through, but during that time, the plumbing office kept in touch to coordinate the return date. They were very accommodating, as I had to reschedule a few times. Eventually, when it was time for the follow-up (they needed to reinstall a toilet after the tile work was done), Nicholas and Liam arrived right on time and wrapped things up quickly. They even checked two slow-running faucets and cleared the lines of debris while they were here, at no extra charge. That was really nice. I highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

I had a great experience with Theodore & Sons Plumbing. Liam, the technician who came to our home, truly impressed us with his hard work. He initially visited and patiently waited for us to hear back from the insurance company. When we figured out what we needed, instead of waiting until the next day, he returned the same day and worked tirelessly until 11:00 pm to finish the job! He was very professional and polite, and he explained the issues we were having with the water pressure to our water heater, which we would have missed without his insight. After being without water for a couple of days, his help was a real blessing! I will definitely reach out to them again if we need plumbing services in the future and will recommend them to others. Their customer service was outstanding, too!

I highly recommend the very professional team at Theodore & Sons Plumbing. They were courteous from the moment I called on a Sunday afternoon about a backed-up plumbing issue. They provided me with a fair quote, and within a few hours, Gary arrived. He was very professional in every way, explaining exactly what he would do. After he completed the work on the plumbing, he suggested installing risers (above-ground access lids) so that I wouldn’t need to dig up the yard next time. Gary also advised that I should have the system checked every five years to keep it running smoothly. I was really pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone. A few years later, I noticed my neighbors were getting service from the same company, so I asked them to check my plumbing while they were there. With my family growing from two to five people, it was time to have the system checked again. Remember, the more people you have in your home, the more frequently you need plumbing maintenance. Once again, my heroes saved the day, as they found the system was full and needed attention. I can’t thank the great team at Theodore & Sons Plumbing enough for another excellent job.
