Nikki did a great job for and all of my commercial and residential friends. Very trustworthy, does what they say they will and was always on time. And if they were able to make it, they called me ahead of time. Highly recommend and they work fast and help with inspectors.

Called one of the big companies I used before but they would not estimate sight unseen. Couldn’t risk being hundreds off, I understand but at the end of the month really just needed ballpark for such a simple gig and needed completed same day without having to call some one else if it was too high. And I don’t have the time to do it myself. NIKKI to the rescue. Estimated over phone, keep in mind it was a couple of simple toilet supply line shut off valves ( just note she may not be able to estimate large gigs sight unseen - and I wouldn’t either). She was prompt in communication, arrived when she estimated and made repairs so quick and done right! It took like maybe 45 minutes at most! Nikki will be my new go to plumber - Plus she is local! Well we accidentally lost a Hot Wheels car to the main shower drain and began backing up... Needless to say another company came out the day before and flat out said no can do and that we would need to bust up the shower slab up to retrieve the car and would need a full concrete slab repair. Well at a cost close to $5k... I decided to call Nikki's for a second opinion and they sent someone out this morning in less than 30 minutes. Car retrieved and water is flowing smoothly!! Please call this company for assistance. Nikki's not only saved us thousands of dollars and weeks of headaches, they were really kind, fast and efficient. I also had them replace an outside hose bibb the same day as well.

We’ve used Nikki’s company twice. Once for a garbage disposal replacement and a second time for a water softener installation. She came out and looked at what needed to be done and is very professional. Also, super prompt and efficient. Would not hesitate to call them for any home needs!
