TJ Kennedy at Full Force Plumbing really came through for me after a vehicle hit my home causing an outdoor faucet/pipe to break and spew water. No other plumbing company could come out until Monday and Full Force was at my home within 1 1/2 hours after I called. They replaced my outside faucet and the pipe going into my brick. He was fast, professional, kind, and affordable. If I ever have another plumbing issue, Full Force will be my first call!

On Christmas night 2024, we faced a major emergency—every toilet and shower in the house was flooding, and water was everywhere. With a house full of teenage boys and my elderly mom, I needed immediate help. Unfortunately, every place I called said the earliest they could send someone was December 26th between 12 PM and 2 PM, which just wasn’t an option. Thankfully, Full Force reached out and offered to send someone that same night around 9:30 PM. Terry arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and provided both a solution and a quote within 10 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price, and he had everything fixed in about 35 minutes. I’m extremely impressed with their service and will absolutely call them again for any future issues.

All I can say is I thought I could fix the problem after going to local stores spending literally 350+! I CALLED THIS COMPANY THEY WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL! COMMUNICATION A 10! Terry came in apologizing for everything I was going through! Walked in both bathrooms went outside for LITERALLY 2 minutes and stating THE PROBLEM IS FIXED!
