⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with 1st Choice Air Solutions for my 6-month service on my new unit. Scott Graves was my service technician, and he was fantastic! He arrived on time and was incredibly fast and efficient. I especially appreciated the detailed report he provided, highlighting areas for improvement. It showed me that they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. Scott was also friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend 1st Choice Air Solutions for any HVAC needs!

Would not recommend, they are scammers. Promise what happened is they seen my house and though oh they have money... Gave some great information on exactly what the issue was but it was going to take a day's work to fix, but really, they just recommend I buy something bigger/better. I decided to hold to get some quotes. Not only was the exact same unit from 1st choice about 4 times more expensive but I had another company come out to give a look and in less than 10 minutes they fixed the issue 1st choice said was impossible without a days worth of labor(@$1300). Theres a reason I didn't use my info and that's so you wouldn't text/call me more than you already are since I haven't called to purchase the new unit.

Cole was absolutely amazing, he was very professional and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. His inspection was thorough and I felt very honest. I would highly recommend 1st choice.

He explained everything to me and let me know what I need next. But what meant the most to me is how he took a couple of minutes to get to know my pittie!! I would love for him to do the next checkup!! Roxie loves it, too!!

My technician, Carmello, was very prompt. Arrived on time and was very knowledgeable of my heat and air system. Did a good job diagnosing the problem and was up front about the pricing. No surprises. Very satisfied and will use them again.

Very happy with our result with 1st Choice. We called due to a plumbing issue in our home. They were able to come out the same day AND fix the problem the same day at a reasonable price. Cole was a fantastic plumber and was very kind. If we ever have another issue again we will be calling them. Thank you 1st Choice for helping us!!

we had 1st Choice Plumbing and air install 3 new AC units in our house. From the very first technician that came to our house to the sales person who sold us the units and the crews that installed the units and then the follow up technician that came months later for the inspection have been of the highest quality people I have ever met!! whoever is running this company has created one of the most professional and customer first business that I have ever dealt with. I secretly believe this is a front for WILLY WONKA CHOCOLATE FACTORY because every employee I have met and talked to over the phone seem to love their job and their co-workers!! keep up the great service, you have a customer for life in me!!

I really like these guys, and Andrew did a very thorough inspection. Robby was also out today and he took the time to explain all of my options and answer ALL my questions. George helped me out this visit, and yet again this company and their employees continue to be great people to deal with, and are honest with repairs and maintenance options they provide. It’s really great to have such a reputable company on my roster of household maintenance companies to work with!
