Accurate Leak and Line - Fort Worth

I contacted Accurate Leak and Line for a Cast Iron Pipes Replacement. It's an expensive problem to have so I received multiple quotes from local plumbers. Accurate was the only company that did not charge me to run a camera to "verify" the problem I already knew I had just to provide a quote. They were competitive on price and showed expertise from initial contact all the way through the completion of my project. No one wants to get their cast iron pipes replaced, but if you have to do it, you won't go wrong with Accurate Leak and Line.

We purchased our home in June of 2023 and in December 2023 we discovered that our cast iron sewer system needed to be completely replaced. Our original quote from another provider was over a third of our homes value. We were shocked to say the least. We spent the next few weeks getting several other quotes and praying that we could find a vendor that could meet are needs at a fair price. Accurate Leak and Line came to our rescue. From the moment Scott came to inspect the property and prepare the quote, we felt that this company knew what they were doing. Scott's quote came in substantially lower than any other vendor. During the construction phase, Christian was fantastic communicating what was going to happen and what we could expect from the dig crews and plumbers. Christian made himself available anytime we had a question. While the massive pile of dirt in our yard was overwhelming, the tradesmen conducted themselves professionally. Once the new sewer system was installed, the backfill and clean up was impressive. They even came back out and repaired some lawn sprinkler damage. We are very happy and satisfied with Accurate Leak and Line. We highly recommend them!

Cast iron pipe replacement March 2024. Expensive undertaking but these are the people for the job. Chad, Christian, David, Summer and everyone I interacted with were excellent. At one point I worried the yard would never be the same but the clean up crew did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Overall, experience was positive, the repairs were completed at the quoted price and timeframe, but there was room for improvement. There was a lack of supervision at the job site, so the crew did not know where the leak was, and dug the tunnel in the wrong direction. This resulted in an extra work day plus a weekend of disruption. When restoring everything, the did not hook sprinkler lines back up correctly, nor did they test them before putting all the dirt and landscaping back. Accurate did a good job putting everything back in place and leaving the job site clean, but a sprinkler company had to come out to repair, and they made a big mess, which we were then left to clean up. A job foreman who was on site periodically would have avoided all this.

After receiving a bid from AL&L for the total replacement of all the cast iron sewer piping beneath our slab home that was 1/2 to 2/3rds less than 3 other well-known companies bids, my wife and I were somewhat concerned about what the quality of the work of AL&L might turn out to be. Since I am a perfectionist with construction experience, I decided to go down into the tunnels daily, even though I'm 68, to inspect the quality of their work, both in excavation and in the repiping work. However, I was very impressed with the excavation tunneling work of Juan "Venado" and Mynor Rax and the rest of the crew! Over 115' of tunneling, 3' wide and 4' high with three separate entrance pits. And after the refilling of the tunnels and clean-up at the end of the job, you could hardly tell that there had been three mountains of dirt in the yards! The re-piping of the sewer lines was done to perfection! I had seen on-line photos of other companies work and was not impressed at all, and feared what I might find in my inspections, but that all for nothing! The work of Hunter and his AL&L crew was exceptional in quality, accurateness and planned execution! The piping was very well laid out, properly anchored, with minimum of joints and fittings. In other words, planned careful and thoughtfully, measured twice, cut once, and test fitted before gluing the PVC! I've done my fair shared of PVC piping in my lifetime, and these guys were top-notch! When I did request a section to be redone (not because they did a bad job, but because of my request for preparation of the line for a planned future addition), they came back and redid that section to accomodate my future changes. Everything turned out exactly as I had hoped for, maybe even better! Christian was excellent as the job coordinator, and handled all my calls and requests promptly and efficiently! I would highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line for any plumbing work you need done, especially the type of work I just had done as described above! Compared to all my other bids, AL&L were the most affordable, did a superior quality job in a reasonable time frame, with no unpleasant surprises, even up to the final invoice! Besides all that, their work came with a 10 year warranty, compared to only a five year warranty offered by the other higher bidders! Huge kudo's to Accurate Leak and Line for a job WELL DONE!!!

Had one leak repaired by AL&L. Very expensive. Found out from water department that it was not the only leak. AL&L repaired - very slowly - that leak too. Also very expensive. AL&L damaged my sprinkler system - they did finally correct that. They also damaged my front hedge ruining the front appearance of my home.

This is the best plumbing company we have worked with. Every person we were in contact with was knowledgeable and professional. A big thank you goes to Christian Green who patiently answered many questions and was always available to help with logistics. We will definitely call Accurate Leak and Line again if we need a plumbing company.

Major plumbing repairs are never convenient or fun but the team at Accurate made it as painless as possible. We had a major re-route of our kitchen and utility room lines. The old cast iron pipes had finally collapsed and Accurate replaced them with new PVC lines without digging up our slab. They ran the lines on the exterior of the home to save time and money. The repair was done faster than they initially quoted and they made sure to minimize the amount of time we had to go without running water. And the best part is their quote was thousands cheaper than a local competitor. I will definitely call them again if our bathroom lines need repair.
