Jason and his teammate provided exemplary customer service in repairing an outside faucet leak! Highly recommend doing business with Clearwater Plumbers. Identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour with minimal damage to the brick. Friendly and efficient! Would highly recommend this company and they will be the only plumbers I will ever call for my home and my family's homes!

Installed elongated residential toilet, and caulked along tile floor. Installed frost-proof wall hydrant outside brick wall. Quoted flat rate price for both installed and warranty for two years. Excellent workmanship and installation, prompt.

The whole experience from the beginning was so easy. I spoke to a real person when I called who was extremely helpful and understanding. They sent me multiple texts confirming and even sent a picture and fun facts about our technicians. Bryson and Brandon were right on time, so pleasant and helpful. They explained all of our options and helped us choose the best one for our family. We will absolutely be using ClearWater again and will recommend to our friends.

I was given notice before they arrived through a text message. The plumbers then called and gave me an accurate estimate of their arrival. Even though my new hot water heater was somewhat different than the original, they were able to get it hooked up successfully.

**look no further** We have been customers of ClearWater Plumbers since the freeze of 2021. They helped us then when every other plumbing company said it would be two months. This isn’t because of lack of business, they had plenty of business but fit us in between emergencies. I’m writing today to praise the work of J.R. (Moon) and Jeff (Apprentice Extraordinaire). They did an exceptional job of installing a Navien tankless water heater from beginning to end. They were professional, caring, and did the same level of work they would do if it was their own home. To say the least, they went out of their way.
