When Raymond arrived with his daughter, he quickly took care of the kitchen faucet replacement. When he checked the bathtub, he discovered that it didn't actually need a new faucet. It turned out that we just needed to pull the handle out to make it work, which was a pleasant surprise! Instead of pushing for a big job, he was honest and helped us save money. I also decided last minute to have him add a drain plug to the bathtub, and he handled that without any fuss. I would recommend his services anytime. He’s definitely my top choice!

Ernest arrived the same day to install a new hot water heater after my old tank started leaking. He provided a reasonable quote that covered the new tank, which was great since I had no way to pick one up. There were a few extra costs for additional parts needed to connect the tank, but Ernest only charged for those items and installed them without any extra labor fees. I had a sewer line replaced from my house to the street. This was after an initial plumber replaced the pipe under the house, but they charged too much for the sewer work. I then hired a second plumber, but I wasn't satisfied with their work and approach, so I decided to go in a different direction. After that, I received a bid from Mateo & Sons Plumbing Services. They expertly handled the situation, especially since I wanted the sewer line to be routed around two large oak trees, which required careful hand digging and rerouting. Everyone involved, from the digging crew to the camera specialists and the plumbers, was absolutely fantastic to work with. They did an excellent job, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
