I am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with MR Rooter (Fort Worth) and the outstanding service provided by the technician (Tun) this past Sunday. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that Tun was not just skilled but also deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, explaining each step of the process in a way that made me feel completely informed and confident in the work being done. What truly set him apart, however, was his attention to detail and the care he took to ensure everything was not just fixed, but working better than it ever had before. He went above and beyond, even offering helpful advice on maintenance to prevent future issues. Not only was Tun incredibly professional, but he was also personable, making the entire experience much more enjoyable than I could have anticipated. He treated my home with the utmost respect, and his expertise was evident in every aspect of the job. I cannot recommend MR Rooter and technician Tun highly enough. This is the level of service that restores faith in home service professionals. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

I had Mr.Rooter out to install my Water Heater and they quoted me 1700 even with my own water heater purchase that I got from Home Depot. They then told me they needed a card to secure my spot and pay for the service fee but I wouldn't be charged until it was finished if I decided to go with them. They then charged me 500 dollars for a diagnostic fee and left mid "install". When I called the company they said didn't you read the contract? I said it was "a quote he wasn't supposed to start doing work, what was I charged for and why did he leave me with no water?" They actually left me in worse shape than before called them. He cut the water heater out left all the piping on the floor and disconnected the water. I know what you're thinking why not just turn the water back on? He took the control valve off so if I turn it on it will just GUSH water where the water heater is. They did this methodically too, she called me immediately after he gave me the quote, I answer and talk to her and while I'm talking to her he starts. I knew I heard the grinding and clicking of tools so I tell him to quit, he says but I've already made cuts I need to paid for that. Price breakdown she gave me over the phone? 1000 dollars to BRING OUR OWN WATER HEATER. 200 was for a permit from the city. 300 was for my piping And 200 was for labor. I don't know about you but I thought something was off there.. Edit: they tried emailing me saying they didn't turn off the water but they left it like this, if the water was on as they claim it would be gushing water from the pipe on the right. So grateful to the plumbers who fixed Mr rooters demolition job, thanks John at ASDP! You really are your company name! As soon as dependably possible!

Our technician, Brett was prompt and professional. He quickly identified the issue and came up with a solution. My only issue with the whole process was, because he did not have a toilet ring on his truck, we had to pay almost $600 to open the supply house after hours (see attached image). Of course, we could have avoided that charge, by delaying the repair until the next day, however that is easier said than done, when raw sewage is coming out of all of your drains. Again, we were very happy with the work that was performed and with our technician Brett, however, this particular charge seemed excessive.

Contacted Mr Rooter for tree root removal. Requested Hydro-jet. Dillon and Seth came out the next day, they explained everything in detail of how the process works, showed me pictures of the problem. They were both very friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter services. Thank you Dillon and Seth for your service.

DO NOT USE! Mr. Rooter came over just to fix a stripped shower thing. This should’ve taken 30 minutes. He was here for 4 hours and he STILL did not have it fixed. And in fact he actually created a whole new problem in my shower. After already charging $670 dollars for a 30 minute problem, he created a whole new estimate for a problem he created. I then told Mr. Rooter to leave and he left and told his boss or whatever that I was saying racial slurs to him and he felt attacked when that is no where near the truth. He also asked if he could use the restroom. He went number 2 in a bathroom that was not his. I understand if you have to go, but you don’t go in somebody else’s house. Lying is not right is neither is scamming. Never use this company unless you want to waste money.

I’d give them zero stars. They claim to be 24/7 emergency service. Called twice on Sunday. Was assured twice someone would call back to confirm a time and come out same day. Today is Monday. Still no call back. Completely ignored me. Never use Mr. Rooter. Called another plumber. They came out in 3 hours.

Reading the response to the most recent review is...concerning. The owner claimed that my mom "verbally abused" and "cussed" (completely FALSE information) at an employee that came out to help with a problem they were having with their shower. Well, he was supposed to help but he actually created another problem instead. He tried to act like that problem existed before he got there but my mom had to firmly tell him that it was not the truth, and he knows that. The owner suggests that my mom finds a better way to handle bad news, well I suggest that you don't try to scam customers to begin with and bring in USED cartridges to fix a problem. The owner claimed that he brought in 2 new cartridges but that's also not true. My mom asked for a receipt and one could not be provided...because you can't provide a receipt for a USED product. Anyways, please read the reviews thoroughly before using their services. I would hate for anyone else to experience this kind of service, super frustrating.

Pascual was very upfront about the cost and the amount of time it would take to complete. Although he ran into an unexpected issue, his experience and skilled craftsmanship avoided any delays. His great personality, professionalism and great customer service is what will keep me coming back for future plumbing issues. Alan, his partner is cut from the same cloth; a great team! Thank you both for a job well done!
