Prior to booking my appointment, I called to inquire if they offered free estimates or if I would be charged a service fee for having someone come out and access what we needed done. We already knew what the plumbing issue was and what the repair would entail. I was informed by the woman I spoke with that yes, they would give a free estimates. I agreed and set an appointment for the following week. On the day of my appointment, I was given a verbal estimate for the cost of the job to which I agreed. Upon completion of the job, I received my invoice to pay. Upon looking at the breakdown of the total that I was originally quoted in my estimate, was a $99 service fee for "evaluation". Not sure if the woman I originally spoke with lied to me or if she doesn't realize NCT doesn't offer free estimates. We definitely will not be returning for any future business nor will be recommending them to any of our family and friends. Integrity and honestly go a long way.

CJ, the plumber who came out to our house to help us with our issue, was incredibly professional, funny and patient. He took great care to make sure that he explained the issue in a way that I could understand. He also took the time to suggest methods to avoid this same issue in the future. My faucet had been leaking - we scheduled an appointment, no problem. Jessica on the phone is lovely to work with. Unfortunately our situation escalated, I called back and they sent a crew out within 40 min to replace our faucet. The technicians were professional, efficient, and polite. Brandon and his partner were amazing! They were knowledgeable, professional and explained the issues that my house was having in a way that I understood. They were efficient in their work and quick to answer any questions that I had. I would recommend these guys to anyone!! Also during this pandemic, they were respectful of social distancing and had gloves on and covers for their feet when they came into my home which I appreciated. Thank you so much for helping me!!
