We had an excellent experience with Paloma Plumbing TX. The toilets at our business were not flushing properly. We called Paloma Plumbing and they had someone the very next morning ready to resolve our issue. The plumber was punctual, very clean, fast, and professional. He explained to me what had happened and how he fixed it. Although we have not had any problems since, we know who to call!

I called this company needing to have a water filter added to the supply line for a tankless water heater in my home. I spoke with Chris over the phone and he was very courteous and professional which is something that is hard to find these days. His bid was on point and once I gave the go ahead he was at my house within a couple of hours. Chris completed the job shortly thereafter and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. Our technician Chris was amazing. Let me start by saying that this is the first of any service where they gave me a time window and the technician showed up early every single time. I had a leak in my garage and this was the third plumber to come out. I wanted to compare prices and see if they all found the same problem. The first plumber said it would be about $4500+ and that’s just to start and they still didn’t know the exact problem. The second plumber said the same and wanted me to use his “partner” for a leak test and if I used anyone else’s leak test they couldn’t use the results because it wouldn’t be “trusted” Chris came out the day after thanksgiving. He diagnosed the problem and told me his price range for what he thinks it is. When he came back to fix it, he found the exact problem on the first try and it cost me a fraction of what the other quoted me. Even his quote he adjusted because it wasn’t as bad as he thought. He was professional and such a great help. Will be using them again for all needs
