Russell Plumbing is my go-to plumber when I need work done well and in a timely manner. He’s always been able to accommodate my jobs in no more than 48 hours from calling (often same- or next-day), and he and his crews are knowledgeable, personable, honest, and don’t leave a mess. He’s also never charged me extra for same-day or emergency work. Their rates are very reasonable in my opinion and experience.

Five stars for Russell air-conditioning. Our AC went out during the hottest week of the summer, and they were at our house within hours of us calling. The technician, Russell was incredibly professional and had the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. The price was fair, and we were so grateful for their prompt service. Highly recommend!

Russell and his crew came to my home to fix a plumbing issue. It was a minor issue compared to most I'm sure, sewage was backing up into our bathtub. They were very polite and professional and got the job done efficiently. They showed up when they said they would and kept in contact before the appointment. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or AC service in the Ft. Worth area.

Russell did a fantastic job for us. He fixed our kitchen faucet with skill and ingenuity. He took measurements so that he can send me an estimate to install a new water faucet (hose bib) in our back yard.

I found water leaking under my kitchen sink, and even after shutting off the main water supply to my home, the leak persisted. I found this company, one of many, through a Google search and I'm so glad I did. They answered my call on the first attempt. The lady who answered (I regret not remembering her name) and spoke with me was very professional and friendly. I asked if there was a service fee, she said no and explained their technician would present a quote and I could choose to accept service or not - you only pay for what you agree to and nothing more. She took my information quickly and told me I could expect Eddie to arrive at my home within half an hour - he did. Not only was he professional and friendly, he was also competent and knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem accurately. After inspecting everything and explaining the steps and supplies he would need to fix it, he gave me a very reasonable quote and I accepted. What I loved most about this experience, besides everything I've already written, is that while Eddie worked, he was perfectly comfortable with me observing his work and answering my barrage of questions about what he was doing and why he was doing it. He even taught me about how to address other potential plumbing issues I could run into! I felt very empowered to handle future problems on my own, but also at peace knowing I could put my trust in this company should the problem be too much. If I haven't made it obvious by now, I highly recommend Russell Plumbing & Air Conditioning Services!

They did a great job in replacing my old broken sewer pipes last Spring. There was a bit of delay because of the rainy weather and permit requirement , but everything went well. Thank you.
