I had an emergency plumbing issue on one of the coldest nights and called SWAT Plumbing. They sent Weldon H., and I couldn't be more impressed with his service! Despite the freezing temperatures, he arrived promptly, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. Weldon fixed everything with professionalism and skill, making sure the job was done right and I was fully satisfied. He took the time to explain the issues and addressed all my concerns with patience. I am beyond impressed with his expertise and the high quality of service. I will definitely be choosing him for future plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and skilled plumber. Randall was the best. He showed on time. Very polite. Worked with my warranty company and did a great job. He showed me pictures of the work. Explained the process in layman”s terms so I could understand. I would recommend SWAT and Randall to my family and friends.

I needed a plumber on Saturday. The dispatcher, Lindsay, was very patient and worked with me to arrange a time for someone to come out. The plumber, Carlos P, was on time. He was knowledgeable and efficient . He explained what he was doing and why during his time here. I was very satisfied with the service from SWAT plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again .

Andrew with SWAT came out to the house today. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He addressed all our concerns, fixed the leaky faucets and pipes we had and cleaned up when he was done. Excellent customer service!

Best company - SWAT PLUMBING company I have ever worked with. I had an emergency family crisis I was dealing with and they jumped through hoops to accommodate me and wouldn’t accept an expedite fee. Got my plumbing issue resolved quickly which I allowed me to focus my emergency family issue going on. I would rate them on a scale of 1-5 (5 ding the best) to give them a 10. We were very pleased with Jason. He was put in a tough spot twice. First, the estimator, Trayvon, indicated the wrong size water heater. Rather than saying “We’ll have to come back another time,” Jason was able to track down the right size water heater and was back in an hour or two. Then once he had the correct heater installed, the door of the exterior facing closet would not close. Needless to say, we were unhappy that the new water heater would be exposed to the elements and wanted it made right. I don’t know how he did it, but Jason was able use a different flex hose and turn the water heater enough that the controls were still accessible, but the door would close. Jason overcame the difficulties he faced, never lost his cool and stayed until the job was done right. We were very pleased with and grateful for Jason.
