We just had the best experience with your plumber, Jay. He was here quickly (on a Saturday morning, no less), got the job done efficiently, and was extremely courteous while in our home. The issue we were dealing with could have legitimately ruined our whole weekend (and our pocketbooks!) but Jay and Westside Plumbing took care of everything for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

Jay came out on a Sunday morning and fixed the problem quickly. He was courteous, professional and it didn't cost a small fortune as we feared! Thank you so much! This is the second time we have called Westside Plumbing and we have received excellent service each time.

At seven in the morning I realized I had a broken water line, called west side plumbing. By nine am I had danny and kalib here and started repair. By ten thirty they were finished and cleaned up from the job .excellent job and I will always use west side for all my repairs.

Westside Plumbing gave us same day excellent service. Matt was the best! We have found our plumbing company for sure. Highly recommended.

We called them out 4.5 months ago because our toilet smelled. Upon removal we saw the flange was old and rusted and needed a professional, not a simple wax replacement. We thought they did a great job… We were wrong. A few days later we had to call them out again because the toilet still smelled… they came out quickly and added a second wax ring. Great! Nope… wrong again. Two weeks ago we noticed yellow water seeping up in the floor seams. We went noticed the toilet moved a lot and went to tighten the bolts and realized one side was just not screwed in at all. We called them again and they quoted over $200 to come take a look. I’m glad we declined and went with a different plumber because not only did thy NOT replace the rusted flange or do any sort of fix but our toilet had been leaking the last 4 months. We had to hire a different plumber and have to replace all the floor around the toilet. Not only did they do a shit job but their negligence is costing us. Beyond regretful for letting them do the initial “work” EDIT: their response is absolute bullshit. We called because the repair was out of scope for our abilities. We were only quoted a single amount and expected that quote to fix our issue. Had we known that there was a better option we would have totally gone with it. We were NOT presented with alternatives (which technically shouldn’t have been alternatives cause.. like… we knew the issue was rust…that’s why we called, we needed a professional). This is our home and we understand the better fix is best for us long term. Their response is an absolute joke to save face.

These guys are amazing, I would leave all the stars if I could, if you’ve ever had plumbing problems you know the nightmare it could be. These guys will take care of you and their prices are great, I’ll be using them 100% of the time. Matt was the tech that came out and I can’t think of anything he could have done better, great guy.

Technician showed up on time, was prepared, gave me fair estimate explained what I needed and what I didn't and why I did or didn't need extra repairs. Performed job expertly and was very friendly and courteous.
