They charged me $800 for basically nothing. They spent 7 hours and didn’t fix it. After them I had to call another plumber and they fixed the problem in 30 minutes for $250. I’d recommend you to call another plumbers and get a quote before these guys . They don’t even know what to do. They don’t have the necessary equipments either.

A bit disorganized and indecisive. Didn't seem to think things through that well clearing a blocked main which was pretty annoying when I was in a hurry to get it done. I cut them some slack on that though because they did take off the charge for a failed attempt that was made because they didn't want to go out into the heat to do it the right way on the roof. Kinda puts it over the edge that they borrowed my auger, broke a tip off it, and then never replaced it, even after multiple requests.
