We have been having an issue with our Rinnai tankless water heater. I saw a review re Brooks plumbing. In the review their client described their unique experience with the Brooks team. When I spoke to the office, Jacqueline could have been more helpful. The next day Carlos came, early! He reviewed the issue with me made an adjustment that purged a clogged line. Then stayed for over 20 minutes running the Rinnai to insure the process fixed. He was thorough and thought. The charge was more than fair. I will be a life long client of Brooks… based on this experience I would say they are the “Sewell” of plumbing companies!!!!

We have worked with several members of the Brooks team and have been very impressed from the office administration to the knowledgeable technicians that have come to our home. They are professional, on-time, courteous, tidy and efficient. Would highly recommend!

I have a name for these people, “Drop The Ball Plumbing!” Because they dropped the ball every opportunity they had with our project. We have worked with several other plumbers for our commercial kitchen here in Garland. In fact we had a large project where we had to deal with plumbers for months installing a grease trap. That project was a walk in the park compared to working with these guys. Jaclyn and John are the most unprofessional two it’s unbelievable. Jaclyn blamed a misunderstanding we had on a new hire she was training. Seems to me, Jaclyn is the one who needs basic customer service training because she could not even deescalate a minor misunderstanding over the phone with me a customer without being disrespectful and hanging up the phone on me. Even though I had every right to be upset because once again they gave us wrong information, dropping the ball! So yeah let’s call them drop the ball office staff! P.S they have a 3.0 ratings on yelp that seems more realistic for this unprofessional bunch! They are not even professional enough to buy fake reviews for yelp as well. Just a mess!

I had a positive experience with Brooks Plumbing from beginning to end. A sewer line leak was recently detected while having foundation work done. My plumber who’s helped with smaller projects did not have the equipment or skill set to take this on so after some recommendations and checking reviews, I hired Brooks. Jaclyn @ Brooks patiently answered my questions, explained the process, costs and timeline. They completed the project with minimal disruption in 3 days. The crew was professional and conscientious. By the time they left, my flowerbeds were returned to normal, my patio was meticulously cleaned of all dirt. I highly recommend their company. Home repairs are expensive so you definitely want to hire the right team. They’re the right people to get it done. Thank you Brooks Plumbing.

Giving two stars because the job got done, but it was an absolutely terrible experience working with this company. John, the CEO, was very condescending and rude to me throughout the week that I had to work with him to get the project finished. The actual Plumber, Phillip, did a good job. However, I was very disappointed with how John handled the every aspect of this project. I would not use his company again due to his lack of professionalism, communication, responsibility, and simple kindness.

I have worked with Brooks Plumbing for 11 years now. It's family-owned and I still talk with the owner and his daughter regularly when I call in. They are the only plumbing company I call to work on my own home, including a recent water heater replacement and replacement of our sewer lines, which are big jobs. As a real estate agent, they've done work for many of my clients as well. The pricing is fair, and I know I can trust them. I see the same employees again and again for years, so I know they treat them well also, which is important. Highly recommend them.

Having a home inspected with Brooking Plumbing. The technicians Jose and Javier, arrived promptly, were both extremely professional and clearly explained their findings and solution. Jose answered all my questions with patience. I would highly recommend Brooks for any future plumbing needs!

I recently had a single-lever shower valve replaced, and the work was completed professionally despite significant accessibility challenges. The plumber removed the old valve, installed the new fixture, and ensured everything was tested and functioning properly. They also left the work area clean and tidy. Solid service with great attention to detail.
