Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing

The technian who came to our house from Milestone to do our seasonal A/C service was excellent. His name is Semaj Smith-Hodge. He was friendly and courteous, and did an exceptionally thorough inspection of all aspects: the blower the compressor the vents the returns the air filters flushing the drain pipe etc. - However, the best part was his showing us the "grade" and his explanation for everything. No one has ever done that before and I am someone who likes to know as much as possible about maintance. Thank you, Semaj!

Good things. I was a first time customer with Milestone. Recently I needed some service to my central heating. I called Milestone to try for a same day appointment. Scheduled it and later an earlier opportunity developed and my appointment time gets better. Awesome! Jamison came out, identified the problem with my heating system and had things up and running good right away. While he was there, I decided to have my thermostat upgraded. All of the equipment was available with him and it was accomplished too. It's nice to have my heating system keeping the condo warm again. I'm a Milestone member now too. Thanks!

Joshua was excellent. Diagnosed, educated me on the problem and fixed it within an hour. Money well spent! He also told me more about Milestone. Locally owned and well operated!! I love that and will use this company again.

Just had my first heating tune up as a Milestone Advantage member and it was a great experience. They literally rolled out a red carpet when I opened the door to put covers on there feet before stepping into the home. Piper was very kind, professional, and efficient! Everything wrapped up in about an hour and they even made a video of the visit showing me everything they inspected on the unit! Highly recommend!

Today, January 23, 2025, Bradley Calvert from Milestone arrived on time and did an excellent job helping me with my sink in the master bathroom. rom Milestone I’m also letting you know that Christian Keith did a great job at my home needing a difficult Circuit breaker situation. Hats off to him and the amazing team at Milestone. Joshua was professional, detailed, and kind. He is an outstanding young man and I have only the Best to say about him. Many blessings always.

Terrance Johnson did a wonderful job. He was careful of his surroundings and extremely courteous. He was knowledgeable of all of Milestone's products and was very forthcoming with any questions and additional information and recommendations of any other Milestone products.

Milestone was great to work with, especially our electrician, Michael, who performed a thorough inspection of our home and offered a fair solution to install a 50 amp EV charging station. The price was competitive when including their membership services which consist of many benefits throughout the year that our 50 year old house will no doubt take advantage of for $20/month. The installation was same-day, timely and was finished with a smile (in 105+ heat no less). We recommend Milestone and look forward to working with them this year for our electric, HVAC and plumbing needs!
