Water heaters always explode at the best possible time, right? Not in my experience… thank God for military plumbing and their incredible team!! Sunday morning while at church I get a call that my daughter’s room has water ALL over the place and it’s coming from the water heater closet. I knew immediately who to call. Military had their on-call tech, Chris Reeves, to my house in less than an hour to assess the situation. After quickly diagnosing that my ancient relic of a water heater had indeed finally failed and required replacement, Chris provided me with a few different options on how to proceed. After making the best choice for our situation, Chris headed back to their shop to retrieve and prep the IN STOCK water heater we needed. Upon his return, he removed the old monster from the closet and plumbed in our brand new unit. We were back up and running on a matter of a couple hours. PAINLESS process. PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, HONEST service technicians.. and local! I can’t say enough great things about military. This is not the first time I’ve used them and I’m sure won’t be the last. THANK YOU MILITARY PLUMBING!!! (Did I mention easy payment/financing options also available!?!)

Sky was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. My personal hero for the day since I have 2 bathrooms both out of commission. Although, one is going to need more work, he was able to get the 2nd bathroom fixed. Thank goodness for small miracles. Their prices are very fair and I love supporting any family company. Especially if own and ran by veterans and military. Thanks, guys. I found my new company.

Always friendly in person and on the phone. Quick to respond to calls and schedule with a day usually. They carefully explain all options and present clear and understandable quotes. They've taken care of three major jobs (gas and water) for my older house and all were done quickly and on budget. I will definitely keep using their services when I need them.

I have had the same plumber for 35 years but I needed help about two years ago on a weekend, and my plumber doesn't work on weekends. I called Military Plumbing, and I have continued to call them when I need help. Fast, efficient, professional, courteous. A little bit high on the price, but with inflation like it is, Every thing has gotten very expensive. I had three problems concerning both showers. And I am about to have hip surgery and need my showers. I called and as usual, Aaron came out immediately. He assayed the situation, gave us a quote which included all possibilities with estimates. We chose the two immediate problems. He went to work, and now both showers are working like new. He discovered (Our home is 40 yrs. old) some underground, problems, caused by foundation settling. We are putting the foundation pipes on hold until we can budget it. (Now living on retirement income) But as soon as we can, we will call Military Plumbing to take care of the the 3rd problem because the their troubleshooting is excellent, and we have always been extremely happy with the finished product. I recommend Military Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We were able to have someone come out on an emergency call same day. The office was very professional and pleasant! Anthony did a great job of explaining the issue, process to fix it, possible charges, and did a wonderful job of getting us back up and running. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. We would definitely call again based on our experience!!

Anthony was easy to work with to get my new faucet installed. I wanted a touch faucet so I can easily rinse things off or add water without getting everything gooey or greasy Especially when I’m kneading my bread. He listened to everything I wanted and quickly installed it. Then he showed me the extra features it has It has lights that turn on so you know if you have hot or cold water and it will automatically turn off after 4 minutes of running if you forget or your cat turns it on by accident. He cleaned up everything and even wore shoe covers to protect my floor. I definitely recommend Military Plumbing for anything you need

Colby offered good customer service and was super respectful. For that I am grateful and thought the experience was pleasant. I had to get a gas test done since our home had service off for more than 4 months due to the buying process and a late move in. The cost for the gas test for my home was $692. I did not pass the gas test due to a minor leak preventing the pressure from maintaining the initial psi load. I was told there was a leak downstairs in a joint which they fixed for $679. This was a bit pricey for my taste but I did think maybe that was the only one. Unfortunately that did not solve my issue and we would either have to have each leak sealed/repaired for $679 each (next step was cutting some drywall) or repipe for $5904. The repipe isn't a bad deal at all but I wasn't planning on spending so much since the gas was working well when I came to view the home before I bought it and I thought I could pass the gas test. In the end it was too expensive for me to pay so I opted to check them myself with a family member doing the soap test and found some more underneath that weren't known before. I will likely go with someone else in the future to do the gas test. I paid $1371 for a gas test and one joint repair. I'll be saving up in the meantime to get the work done later as I do not want to finance this. Note: must pay in full before any work is done. I do think military plumbing is promising and treats customers well but expensive for my current situation, being a new homeowner and all. I did want to share my experience for others who may be in the same boat as myself.
