I’m really happy with me experience with On Time Experts! Dominic and Matthew were amazing, and I really appreciate the effort Dominic did to help me and my family with the situation we are in. Very friendly, understanding and great at explaining all the issues we had and what needed to be fixed and the options we had. Efficient, thorough and great communication. Definitely recommend them!

Marco, with On Time Experts was amazing! Super efficient, and he explained everything along the way. He had a very long day, and was at our home until 8:00 pm. That really speaks volumes about his work ethic and character. Most people would have rescheduled for another day. He showed up with a smile on his face, and did an amazing job!

George came today to evaluate our system. We found him to be very detailed oriented and wanted to complete check system completely before rendering suggestions. He was very cost conscious but not sacrificing on quality in his suggestions. He seem to want us to make an informed decision. He spent a lot of time..... no shortcuts. I highly recommend him and bet he will be promoted soon.

I'm happy with the service but the time waiting is what I find unacceptable. We were told someone would be here between 9am and 1pm. At 2pm, someone finally arrives. It is 6pm and our technician, George, is still here. He found repairs that our unit needed so I understand the extra time. I had to finally cancel our Sunday afternoon plans. I explained my concerns with George and he was unaware how long we had been waiting. It seems there needs to be better communication between the dispatcher and the technician. For a business named On Time Experts, they should concentrate more on their name. Perhaps more technicians in the field or schedule less appointments in the day. Regarding George, we are very impressed with his HVAC knowledge, he was personable and he took the time to explain to us how our unit worked, the repairs it needed and the cost. Thank you George.
