Richard and Kevin were amazing! They came out and worked so hard and diligently to repair our plumbing issues. They were friendly and professional. They helped explain everything that happened. We found new mold in the house from the plumbing issues we had, which I wasn't surprised. They tackled it like champs. Richard and Kevin spent the whole day with us from about 8 am until 8 pm to get the work done. I love that they also report and test their work when they are done. They showed us pictures of before and after, and we were able to see the horrible mess we had before. I am so grateful for these two. I have enjoyed every interaction with Billygo Plumbing and their employees. Thank you so much!

Had a very good experience with Billy Go. The plumber, Rhett was very knowledgeable and explained the work as he went. The service call was supposed to be a simple check after installing piers for a foundation fix. Rhett discovered additional issues requiring immediate remediation. This will be my go to plumbing company for any future repairs.

Troy is an amazing tech. Very honest & very detailed about any repairs that might need done and breaks down why/ how certain parts of the unit work or don’t work. He’s there to get the job done. Great payment options. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing maintenance on their A/C.

Greg was excellent! Very professional and personable. It was a pleasure working with him and talking through what to expect with the cleanout replacement. I must say everyone I came in contact with was super helpful and responsive.

OMG I can’t say enough good things about working with Jordan W. to fix the gas line leak. Although I was hundreds of miles away I felt very comfortable and trusted Jordan. He sent pictures to show the problem and pictures after to show his outstanding work! Great job Jordan W.!!

First of all Derek from BillyGO is a great person who listened to my concerns on plumbing over the phone and sent Bryce to my place to check the issue. Bryce came. He is just another level. Very courteous, friendly, took time to explain every question I had, spent extra hours trying to dig up the front lawn to find the shut-off valve which the Grand-home builders too could not tell where it is (built 2017/18). Since it couldn't be located the company could did not charge me a penny. Next time I have any issue I will certainly call them and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.
